Senior Compensation Analyst

Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a full time Sr.
Compensation Analyst at our central business office in Westerville, OH.
The Sr.
Compensation Analyst supports the design and administration of COPC's compensation practices and policies.
This position ensures compensation programs are competitive and cost effective by participating in compensation surveys, analyzing market data and recommending pay changes.
Partners closely with Human Resources team and managers to evaluate jobs, pay and internal equity.
The Sr.
Compensation Analyst collaborates with HR management on compensation needs and issues as they arise.
This position works closely with Senior Leadership to develop compensation strategies and initiatives across the organization and provides support for other total rewards programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
o Lead the development, design, implementation and administration of broad-based compensation programs, policies and procedures to support the business strategy.
o Ensure compensation structure remains externally competitive while retaining internal equity and alignment with company objectives/policies.
o Conduct market and equity reviews across the organization.
Provide recommendations and cost analyses.
o Act as a resource on complex issues and questions as they arise.
o Work with Senior Leadership and Executive team on compensation initiatives and planning.
Develop materials/proposals and present to team.
o Provide high quality customer service to support Human Resources staff and managers to create competitive offers; resolve issues related to the compensation programs.
o Work closely with managers, HR Business Partners and leadership to create and finalize job descriptions.
o Participate in compensations surveys, conduct benchmarking and best practices analyses and make salary recommendations.
o Responsible for designing and administering the merit and salary planning processes.
o Develop and maintain communication and training materials on compensation practices and policies.
o Utilizes audits, reports and analysis to ensure compensation programs are administered in compliance with company policies as well as applicable federal and state regulations.
o Develop and maintain reporting needs related to compensation data for the organization.
o Manage and maintain Compensation and Performance modules in the HR system (UKG).
o Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and laws.

A.
Education, Licensures & Certifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, accounting, finance; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Required:
A minimum of three (3) years of experience administering broad-based compensation programs, including planning and evaluating compensation programs, working with wage-related regulations and completing and maintaining salary survey data.
Preferred:
Experience in the healthcare industry.
Preferred:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Certification or working towards certification.

o Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access and database management skills.

o Working knowledge and experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and related reporting.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
