Staff Accountant
Woda Management and Real Estate, a real estate management, development and construction company based in the Midwest is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant for our corporate office located in Westerville, OH.
The Staff Accountant position requires a hard-working individual who is able to multi-task and adapt to change in work priorities. This position reports directly to the Senior Accountant. The Staff Accountant needs to have solid computer skills, including an intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel, Access, Outlook and QuickBooks.
Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus. Applicants must be organized and able to meet multiple deadlines. This individual needs to be energetic and willing to work extra hours, sometimes at short notice. A team player is a must!
Basic Responsibilities Include:
-Monthly bank reconciliations for various project bank accounts
-Review & approve accounts payable documentation submitted from projects through Yardi Voyager
-Process accounts payable for assigned projects
-Manage various corporate vendor relationships
-Review & approve new vendors requested through Yardi Voyager by users
-Other duties as assigned
