Modern office setting Refreshments provided We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our executive staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, organizing travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate must have a firm command of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, scheduling, Quickbooks, PowerPoint, and WordPress.
Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the executive team.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other activities for the executive team.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Manage incoming calls and emails for the executive team.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
