We are looking for an Inside Customer Service Support person with experience in talking with vendors and customers, problem solving, database management and sharing his/her creativity.
The Promo Girl, LLC/The Wyne Girl is a full-service Promotional Products Company that helps our clients promote their brand through the use of logo'd apparel, drinkware, writing instruments, tech items, etc.
Our main office is located in Westerville, OH.
We are a small but growing company and we are always looking for new, creative candidates that are willing to work hard.
Customer Service Job Duties:
Provide general administrative support including order entry, invoicing maintaining client database, ordering samples & contacting suppliers.
Be creative! Every day there is something new - Finding unique ideas for clients and for our own marketing campaigns and website ideas to stay fresh.

Manage projects from order entry to paid invoices, i.
e.
, following up with suppliers to meet deadlines and tracking shipments for on time delivery.
Prepare presentations for clients including vendor quotes and client budgets.
Attend regional trade shows to see what's new and on trend.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Extremely organized with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects in order to meet deadlines.
Strong project coordination and prioritization skills.
Customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
Committed & trustworthy with the ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written skills and must be comfortable on the phone with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs.
Commitment level:
Part time up to 30-35 hours/week, must be Monday through Friday.
